01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between asia99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("Player", "you") who registers for or uses asia99's services through the website https://asia99.plus or any related mobile application.

By accessing, registering for, or using any asia99 service, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them. Asia99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a clear update date. Your continued use of the asia99 platform after such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

The asia99 platform is exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of 18 or above. Registration by any underage individual is strictly prohibited. asia99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close the account of any player found to be below the stipulated age limit.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Asia99 is designed specifically for players in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the asia99 platform is legal and permitted in your region. asia99 is not liable for any legal issues arising from use of the platform in unauthorised regions.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to own one account only at asia99. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

2.4 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. The details you must provide include:

• An active email address that you personally own
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number
• Exact date of birth
• Valid payment method details

Asia99 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or false at any time.

03 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your asia99 account password and login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone, including family members or friends. asia99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Asia99 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer for your account. We strongly encourage all players to enable this feature to protect their account from unauthorised access. asia99 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to activate 2FA.

3.3 Account Activity

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact the asia99 support team immediately via live chat to initiate a temporary account freeze. asia99 will investigate the report and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Payment Methods

Asia99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Direct transfer via internet banking

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. No currency conversion fees or additional charges are imposed by asia99 on any transaction.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your membership level. New players start with the standard limit, which can be increased after completing the full identity verification (KYC) process.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to one hour for requests submitted during standard operating hours. All withdrawals are processed to a registered and verified bank account or DuitNow. asia99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring all transaction details are accurate before confirming any deposit or withdrawal. asia99 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the player during a transaction.

05 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by asia99 are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages. These terms include rollover requirements (wagering rounds), bonus validity period, minimum and maximum bet limits, and eligible games for fulfilling rollover requirements.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotion may only be claimed once by each eligible player, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms. asia99 reserves the right to reject bonus claims if there are indications of abuse or attempts to manipulate the bonus system.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Abuse

5.4 asia99's Rights Over Bonuses

Asia99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Should a technical error result in a bonus being incorrectly credited, asia99 reserves the right to correct the error and restore any affected balances.

06 Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the asia99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by the independent certification body iTech Labs. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including asia99 itself.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is strong evidence of a verified technical failure confirmed by the asia99 technical team. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted within 72 hours of the date the game took place.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session that causes the game to disconnect before completion, asia99 will restore the game session based on saved server records. If restoration is not possible, the relevant game credits will be returned to the player's account within 24 hours.

07 Security & KYC Verification

7.1 Identity Verification Process

7.2 Verification Timeframe

The KYC document review process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days after all required documents have been received. Players will be notified via their registered email regarding their verification status. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is fully completed.

08 Player Conduct

10 Liability Limit

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance
• Transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers
• Losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials

10.2 Claims Cap

Should asia99 be found liable for any loss, asia99's maximum liability is limited to the player's current account balance at the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident date.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your asia99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account within 3 business days.

11.2 Closure by asia99

Asia99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice where there is sufficient cause, including:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that a player is under 18 years of age
• Abuse of the bonus system or promotional programmes
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct

12 Terms Amendment

12.3 Acceptance of Amended Terms

Continued use of the asia99 platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes full acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
